SimplePractice Client PortalNote: This billing portal is hosted by our practice management system (SimplePractice). To view statements or make a payment, you will be prompted to sign in or recover access to your client account. Payment information is processed securely through SimplePractice and is not stored on our website.
How billing works
...MWRS bills your insurance (when applicable) after each visit. Once your insurance processes the claim, they send us an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing what they paid, what they adjusted, and what portion is your responsibility.
If you owe a copay, coinsurance, or deductible amount, you may receive a statement by mail or email. You can pay your balance online, by phone, or by mailing a check to our main office.
- Insurance is billed after each eligible visit.
- Your plan’s EOB is the final word on what they will pay and what is assigned to you.
- Statements are sent when there is a remaining balance after insurance.
