MWRS is not a crisis center and does not provide 24/7 monitoring. If you are in crisis or concerned about someone's immediate safety, please use one of the resources below or call 911.

Idaho-specific crisis support

  • Idaho CareLine — Call 211 or visit 211.idaho.gov to connect with local health and human services resources statewide.
  • Region 1 Behavioral Health — Provides crisis services in North Idaho. Contact through Optum Idaho at 1-855-202-0973.
