MWRS is a locally owned, family-run practice with offices in Coeur d’Alene, Ponderay, Priest River, and Oldtown, plus telehealth services across Idaho. Our team includes counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and nurse practitioners working together to offer thoughtful, human-sized care.
We focus on balance and sustainability for clinicians. That includes administrative support, flexible scheduling, and intentional office environments designed to feel calm and workable—not sterile or improvised.
What we tend to look for
- Idaho or Washington licensed (or license-eligible) mental health clinicians
- Interest in relational work: couples, families, systems, or trauma-informed care
- Comfort with a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth sessions
- Clinicians who value collaboration, clear communication, and healthy boundaries
We regularly hire for full-time and part-time therapist roles and may occasionally have openings for nurse practitioners or other clinical/administrative positions.
